Every person I spoke to gave me different answers. I saw cheaper prices than what we renewed for. When I questioned them they said they could not see these prices. Then why are they published?

I'm a senior citizen, widowed and they had to have a$300 deposit. I'm hoping i get that back after a year with them. I'll review them now later because the bills haven't started coming in yet. I'll let you know.

I tried to sign up on the website but it just kept spinning even after starting over at least 3 times. I finally just left it going and tried to call. The wait time was too long so I gave up on that as well and did not leave a message to be called back. The following day I got an email saying thank you for signing up so I guess the website finally went through. Then the next day I get a phone call asking what I needed help with. They had seen that I had called ....but I did not leave a message or my phone number...which I told them.
