Fairly simple process to sign-up online and setup autopay.

I am 68 yrs old and on SS. That is enough said that you already know I am struggling financially. Every month is a struggle deciding what to pay and what to let go and see what happens. I searched Texas Choice and found a plan at APG & E. Mason was a true God send. He was on the phone with me for at least 45 minutes answering all my questions and reassuring me we could set me up with a plan I could afford. Then phone line dropped and I panicked and so I called back and couldn’t get Mason but I did get Parker and he took off right where Mason and I were. Thank you both so very much from the bottom of my heart!! Angels both. Now I’m not having horrible anxiety today! Please Pat these guys on the back for helping this old lady get a good nights sleep.

Email and calls to my personal phone instead of ph # associated with account. High pressure from call center to sign up now for a rate that will double the KWH rate I now have.
