They are thieves, laiers and deceivers. Those people working in this company playing game on citizens, First month ok, Second month little bit higher, Third month same second maybe little higher, 4 or 5 moths your bill will be 50 and up to 700 or 800 a month. Same use of power every month nothing change no lights or AC or other kind of electronic to rase the bill. All are manipulator to deceive people saying (This is how much you spend this month ... look at the meter of use) .... Soon will be infront of the civil court for thier game that played on mankind.

APG&E is the worse electric company to deal with one the market. when paying my bill, I kept getting an error message only to find out APG&E had taken the payment out 4 times and has not made any attempts to issue a refund. I have been given the run around, and when I threatened to leave, they placed a hold on my account. And they still owe me over $400.

Crooked company. They are putting my electric bill under 1000KwH in order to force me to pay double for my electricity. Customer support has been useless and my support tickets have gone nowhere.

They couldn’t connect my electricity because it was marking E instead of W and they are charging me for 2 meters on 2 locations and haven’t responded back yet. I’m not paying the other houses electricity I don’t own it

I registered with APG&E @3pm & canceled @5 on 7/24/26 because the broker said I didn’t have contract with Reliant my current provider, then I found out I DID have 5 year contract & it would cost $400 to leave Reliant so I cancel service with APG&E 2 hours after signing up but now it’s gonna take days to STAY with Reliant, this all SUCKS!!!!

Horrible experience, they got my address wrong on sign up and refuse to take my closing statement on my house as proof of wrong address. Horrible, expensive and a dishonest company.

Bait you in with advertised low rate and credits, reality is I have never paid more for my electricity. They sent multiple renewal messages and this is your final notice to renew. I changed provider with less than 3 weeks remaining on my plan and they charge a $150 cancellation fee. Don't waste your time or money with this service.

Email and calls to my personal phone instead of ph # associated with account. High pressure from call center to sign up now for a rate that will double the KWH rate I now have.
