I loved the reassurance and everything feels professionally handled and made it easy for me to understand.

Explained the issue I had. Support staff member, Tim, got me set up with a video chat then walked me through steps for him to examine inner components. Instructed me how to reassemble and had me up and running in a total of twenty minutes. Tim was also very professional, polite and courteous!!!
