Customer Service responded quickly and was very forthcoming. In spite of shipping delays I would definitely buy from this company again.

The computer is exactly what I asked for. Things have been running amazingly! I enjoyed how I got updates throughout the building process; it made the weeks feel not so long. The only thing that confused me was, I was told I’d need to have a meeting with one of the engineers to ensure my computer would meet my needs, but even after scheduling the meeting and writing an email, no one ever got back with me. It sounded like a mandatory meeting, but when I got ignored, I was just left a bit confused.

Good pc, I love it. But one thing was how long they took on the pc to be shipped. But I will take that for a cheaper price on the pc which was on sale on the start of 2025

Really well built, little to no set up, there was a few bent prongs that I had to bend back into place but other than that there’s been no real issues

It did take a while to receive my PC. I ordered it on December 23rd, which I can accept. There were holidays involved, and it is now February 21st. It was good that they double-boxed the PC, but it was only taped on the outside box layer, not the inside box layer, so things did move around—cables and such. Nothing was damaged. I got the PC out of the box, did my inspection to make sure there was no damage, and there was none. I am very satisfied with how the PC looks. Customer service was very responsive, answering all my questions and concerns. They kept me updated on the whole process of the PC being made, and I would buy another pre-built PC from Apex. The only reason I am giving this review four stars is the time it took and the boxing. The boxing could be better, but that is just my experience. I have seen other people who did not have this issue, but I would still highly recommend Apex.

It was easy to purchase and modify a custom built pc. I wish there was a more accurate shipping estimation

Like it so far I am really enjoying my pc so far. I have no complaints and it works great for what I am using it for. I have only had it for about a month so I will have to track how well it works beyond just a month
