Good pc with nice service

I did not purchase an apex pc but when I called in on Tuesday with my ibuypower system because my roommate had an apex pc the support team helped my reinstall windows afterm y drive became corrupt. Kirbi was so kind and patient spending 50 minutes on the phone with me to help resolve the issue.

Our experience was superb from start to finish. We were able to easily select the components and trust the Apex team to build a solid system that was delivered on time.

I worked with Katie who was beyond helpful and kind when it came to helping installing an SSD I purchased to increase my storage space on a PC I bought in 2020. Yes, sometimes wait times can be high but I believe that speaks to how busy Apex is because they are a great company to work with.My PC has been working well since I purchased it and I have never had issues playing AAA titles

My computer was buit with a i225-V ethernet port. It took two trips back to Apex for us to discover that it was my ISP and the i225-V port that was causing connection issues. Apex support was supportive through the whole ordeal. I love my pc and I appreciate their dedication to customer support.
