I had a great experience with Kerbe during my most recent phone call to apex support. My son was having issues identifying which of the adaptors connects to our wifi. She spent over 20 minutes on the phone with us connecting the device to configuring the wireless settings and I did not feel rushed at any point. As others have pointed out they do take a while to deliver but it was well worth thw wait.

I’ve had my PC for about 3/4 of a year now and it’s an absolute champ! The only times I’ve had to troubleshoot is when it bluescreened cus of a naughty file, or the monitor wouldn't turn on because of the power cord dying. Both were helped resolved by the people at APEX! Happy to be part of the clan, this custom built PC has saved me both time and money. If you’re looking for any sort of PC, APEX catalog of custom built monsters is for any customer looking to game with any budget! I'll look into maybe purchasing from them again, if I'm in the market to upgrade.

I could not have asked for a better expeirence with the customer service team. John was always quick to reply, detailed in his responses, and humerous at several points. This is one of the few times I have spent thousands of dollars with a company and truly felt valued as a customer. I do not think it has anything to do with the money I spent, but I do think this company values its customers.
