have had no issues with the PC since I got it and apex has a kind and understanding support team for those with less computer knowledge and are confused when it arrives

This is my first time ordering such a large item online and I was happy with my experience. The tracking system which looks a lot like papa johns lol is great to watch your PC process but mine did sit at finishing build for almost 2 weeks. The computer is super powerful and I am able to run all of the sims titles and various other small games with no issues. The packaging that comes inside the Pc was really tight though so I would be careful as you remove it.

Apex Gaming has built me my 1st gaming computer. Selection of pieces comfortable enough to easily navigate thru the categories. C/S reps are fast, efficient and knowledgeable. good product and and cokes with a usb if you ever need to recover your windows 11 like I did. Make sure to order it with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth otherwise you will have to go to your local Best Buy and get an usb system like I did when I got the pc.

Be ready for a wait but as I understand it from John they should be getting a lot faster with orders. It took 4 weeks from order to delivery in Canada. Canadians beware you must pay import fees when the PC is delivered. If you don't you will end up waiting an extra few days like me. Overall the PC is great and support is there when needed,

I read a lot of the recent reviews before posting mine, and it makes me feel better about leaving this review. People don't read. IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM THEM, MAKE SURE YOU CAN READ. My order took 7 weeks to arrive which was around what they quoted. Is it a long time? Yes. Did they say it would be? Mhhhm. The support people were always very kind and answered many of my sometimes stupid questions. They can tell you want you are missing and how long they expect it to take. I paid over $4500 for my PC and at no point did I feel like I was being scammed because I know how to read.

Beast of a machine. HAs worked flawlessly for over a year, and handles any game I throw at it. would definitely buy my next machine here!

Probably the best wiring of a PC I have ever seen. The build quality makes other systems pale in comparison. I have not needed to use the support staff at all because the system came perfectly out of the box The only thing I wish it came with a windows 11 recovery usb so I could wipe the system
