We had personalized service. The frequency of updates on the build were appreciated. My son is very happy with the results.

The PC came in not too much longer after ordering, about 2 weeks which considering they have to build and wait for parts aswell as make sure the PC functions properly that’s not too bad. The PC itself came exactly as I was expecting and looks great and runs amazingly- I got it on sale for Black Friday but regardless if it was on sale or not the PC’s are definitely worth the money. I’ve also received support and had questions answered very efficiently. Apex has been awesome and very helpful throughout the whole process and there products are great! 10/10 highly recommended especially if you know you’ll have questions!

Communication from the team was excellent, even to make time to explain the choices in PC parts. I also enjoyed the website option to see where my pc build was in its production. From parts ordered, build queue, etc.

The entire process was smooth and simple. I selected what I wanted then an agent reached out and offered insights and suggestions on what would make my build better suited for what I wanted.
