This is the second computer I have ordered from Apex. They are very professional and take great care in making sure I received the kind of system I needed and wanted. Excellent experience all the way around.

The checkout experience was smooth and the costumer service was excellent as well. I’ll write a more in depth review when I receive the computer I purchased.

Support small businesses whenever you get a chance. Remember you're dealing with regular people just like you and me and not a corporate stooge so frustrations May occur but the big picture is regular everyday folks making a living just like you at work.

Really satisfied with the product and got it in the time frame expected.

They are very interactive to insure you get what you want.

The only thing that really needs said. Is no other electronics company sets up an appointment for 1 on 1 within 24hrs. Even on the weekend!!!!! My wife and my son are both ecstatic over the customer service so far and we literally ordered ours on Friday. And the meet N greet already went down!!!!! Oh it’s Sunday. 10 stars if I could ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Absolutely amazing customer service, an easy online experience and the pc arrived in a timely manner. I expected it to be a bit difficult to do it all online but everything was surprisingly straightforward. Brandon, from customer service, contacted me to go over my order before they filled it just to ensure I was ordering the correct components for my needs. I've never had a company do that before but it was really helpful and eased my mind. It was more like shopping in person and being able to ask all the questions I wanted to ask. I will definitely order from this company again and will most certainly refer others here as well.
