Hello Jasper, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I was able to review the call with our system engineer, and I believe he misunderstood the root of your question. To answer that, the VRAM for this model of GPU is 8GB. Please do let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, and we are happy to help.

Hi Charlie, we are sorry to hear about this. We have been replying to your emails in most cases within 15 minutes of reciept, and attempted to give you a call twice. The remaining items for you order show out for delivery with UPS, as they were too large to fit in the UPS box. Please send us an email soon as possible so we can make things right.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. You are correct that some of our incoming RAM orders for specific models were delayed far longer than we anticipated. We're very sorry this impacted the fulfilment of your order, and we're happy to hear you are pleased with the product now that you have. In the future, if you are looking to make another purchase and would like to verify the availability of any given component, please shoot us a message on our live chat, or an email to [email protected] and we're happy to help.

Hello Eli, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We fully acknowledge that your order was delayed, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Around the time your PC was being assembled, we had to perform some unexpected emergency repairs to the roof of our operations facility, and this did regrettably delay orders for about 1 week. We hope you are enjoying your new Apex Gaming PC, and please let us know if you ever require any assistance.

Hello Christian, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We're sorry to hear you had difficulty contacting us, and a little surprised. While reviewing our correspondence history, we saw that nearly all of your emails were responded to within 45 minutes of us receiving them, and the rest were responded to same-day. In the future, you may find it preferable to contact us via phone for support, and we are able to schedule a callback for a time that would be convenient for you.

Hello Adam, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Upon reviewing your order I saw that you had requested to add a rush status on the 24th. This service was paid for and applied to your order on the 25th, which then shipped on the 31st within the advertised "Rush" status window, but I was unable to locate any record of you being given inconsistent delivery estimates by Apex. However this confusion occurred, we're very sorry that happened. If you are referring to an estimate provided to you by the carrier (UPS) please understand that this is something outside of our control, particularly where international shipments are concerned. While most of our orders to the UK are delivered within 5-10 business days, they do have to be processed through customs, and this can sometimes delay delivery by a few days. We hope you are enjoying your new Apex Gaming PC, and please let us know if you ever require any assistance.

Hi Joel, You placed your order on 08/31/2025 at 12:15pm CST, and you emailed us about an hour later to request a cancellation. Your order was cancelled and fully refunded at 4:53pm CST that same day. Please note this was also on a Sunday during Labor Day weekend, outside of our normal business hours. We’d greatly appreciate it if you could consider updating your review, as it doesn’t reflect the reality of the situation. Your refund was processed promptly, and there was no loss to you. Thank you for giving us the chance to clarify. —Apex Gaming PCs
