My pc is great not many issues with it other then the Gb I got but I can easily fix that

I knew this company would have a long shipping time and the two month wait was worth it in the end because I have now used my computer daily and have had no issues with it running and love the power it gives me

I was so frustrated when I received my PC after 3 months and it was giving blue screens and rebooting/freezing constantly. I Called customer service and they got back to me within the hour. Ryan arranged a time with me to receive a call back. The next day at my scheduled time Jason called me and walked through several things with me. He was able to help me get it working and some tips to fix the other concerns. He gave me his direct line should I have any more problems or assured me they could arrange for the PC to be shipped back to them and fixed.

Their pc's are pretty good but mine took about 3 months to arrive so if you get one prepare to wait.

incredible customer support and quality of the PC. Only thing to brag about is probably the waiting time. But still it was very much worth it.

There were a lot of challenges Apex needed to overcome with my purchase back in September. And I could talk about the problems I experienced in great depth but I'd rather focus on what they did well, which far outweighed the negative. Customer support was always prompt, always forthcoming, and always courteous. Every representative I spoke to during my long acquisition and build period were wonderful. Upon getting my Computers, of which I ordered two, each one arrived in flawless condition, which is great because it allows me to see just how well they constructed my machines. Fantastic cable-management and assembly, and first time start-up was a breeze. Overall I'm very satisfied with my orders. Despite it's honestly egregious turnaround time, at the time of writing this review 12/22/2022 I've only had the machines for a week. The only negative experience with my order is the 12-week time-frame to receive my order. But granted, much of that delay isn't completely on Apex Gaming.

Great pc only issue is the wait time almost 4 months to get it

The computer is great I love it. The only thing I don't like is the wait time. I hate how you have to wait 2 to 4 weeks to get the computer.
