Apartments.comReviews of apartments.com

I purchased premium ad and had no legit leads come out of the premium ad. I agreed to a phone call from a salesperson from CoStar (owns apartments.com) to obtain 3 months of free Silver ad (above premium). The Silver ad also did not go anywhere in terms of legit leads. Bigger problem was they keep invoicing me and they keep asking me to pay a bill. Salesperson ghosted me. Only person contacting me is their billing dept and I keep telling them I refuse to pay.

Do NOT waste your time, this site sucks, absolutely terrible and a waste of time and whomever runs it, is lazy and incompetent and does not care. No matter what city you type in, the site brings up cities that are 3 cities away even know i specifically filled out the parameters i am looking for! Dont waste time wioth this site! If you send them a message askig what the problem is...you will NEVER get a response! NEVER!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I paid the premium. For the past four days I received 5 phone calls from Zillow. None from apartments.com. Every time there is a call from apartments.com the call dropped before anyone gets on the line. With zillow I can see the phone number of the person calling, with you I cannot. I edited the price from 3000 to 3700. I keep refreshing it and the same 3000 keep showing. Only one word. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need to hire real programmers

I have two homes that I rent through apartments.com. While it is not my primary source for tenants, I love that after setting up a lease all the payments are automated. I don't have to receive sign and deposit checks. It is a real time saver. My tenants also like the convenience.

They're should be sued for not being neutral party since they pick and choose what reviews they're going to allow. So please be advised since they're getting paid from those slumlords, they will not allow negative review, even if it's truthful and in appropriate language like mine. I have hard evidences that I was ripped off and I have evidences, and I used very appropriate language, still they deleted my review. So do not trust in apartments.com

The management at Hamilton House Apartments in Berea, Ohio were fantastic. Extremely easy to work with, and they displayed a caring manner. The apartment is nice, new, renovated and clean. Kevin and Steve Hagen should be commended. I highly recommend this complex.

Apartments.com only posts the good reviews of complexes.

Stay away from this company. They lied about my listing. Sent me a link that doesn’t work. They are the biggest scam artist I have ever dealt with. They won’t allow you to delete your own listing even though it says to contact an unauthorized phone number for the listing.
