My ad was totally incorrect. I complained over and over . When I got a call 2 times no one was there when I answered. I complained and they gave me the number that came in and when I dialed it it went to a beeping sound. I am still being charged the full ad. Already rented through Zillow and Facebook. Will never waste my money again as I have to pay for it. My own stupidity! STAY AWAY SAVE Your MONEY11

I currently live at The Birchs, I’ve lived there for going on 7 years and living there has been great, The cleanness of the complex and the people in the office and neighbors have been and are great.

We tried posting a review for an apartment complex we lived at. We worded it safely to stay within the guidelines, but twice it would not let us post it. Clearly there's some dodge stuff going on that only positive reviews get posted.

I wish landlords would stop using this platform. It's awful for tenants and they have no idea how to handle applications. Their email customer support just brushed you off and tell you to just "try again" because they just want another $30 so you have to call someone to get a real human response. This company was trash 10 years ago and it looks like they haven't done anything to improve since. (I'm a renter and a property manager) Apartments.com is extremely unprofessional.

You can't even see the pictures! Displays too small and no luck zooming in. Bad waste of time. Go elsewhere.

We went to see an apartment being rented in Gatlinburg . The person trying to rent Todd Trembley stated he would add handicap bars to the bathrooms for my nearly 80 year old husband so he would not slip and fall. When the time came he refused to add the item. After paying the 58.00 charge for application fees. Apartment.com stated they would refund it asked me to fill in a little more information then denied the return of the two $29,00 fees . BE AWARE FOLKS ! I WOULD NEVER APPLY TO AN APARTMENT WHEN YOU CAN"T EVEN TAKE A SHOWER SAFELY IN THE UNIT>
