Garbage
Garbage! 🗑 so many scammers on this website! Not only does it not give accurate information, I had the scam pages reported and they said they will take action immediately. Week has passed and the listing are still there. Smh. Zero stars!

We do take fraudulent listings very seriously here at Apartment List, and I'm so sorry it took a week to get the listing suppressed last time. We have recently reorganized teams and processes to address just that, and ensure that all renters are getting the support they need. I personally am looking into how we can not only be more responsive to scams, but also find them proactively so no one else experiences what you did. I have received two "too good to be…
I have received two "too good to be true" listings from this place. When I research on my own both so-called apartments were actually condos being sold by legitimate realtors. I contacted the first one through ApartmentList.com's message app and receive an incomprehensible response making me think the person I messaged was not even an English speaker. Stay away as this appears to be a scam probably from outside of the United States.

That said, we do partner with some data providers for smaller units across the country. While we do perform basic data validation for these properties, we rely on those partners to verify the credibility of their listings. This app was spectacular for when I was looking to make a move to a new city. It really helped me figure out my target areas and price range. When I was finally ready to make a move, it was the first place I went to find the perfect apartment.

This site is just a waste of time and energy. They ask all this information and deliver no results. What is the purpose of the site. Such a disappointment.

literally the worst app ever
literally the worst app ever. i tell them my budget and preferred area and they give me places waaay out of my budget AND area! Ridiculous, dont use this app ever.
