Site à fuir depuis 1 semaine il m'amuse avec mon numéro de suivit soit disant c'était plus en stock alors que sa marquer en stock sur le site si je me.fait pas su souci personne ne dit rien injoigbable par téléphone toujours les même réponse GROSSE ARNAQUE se site .

I purchased an Bogist C1 Pro motor from there website and there said it would be maximum of 8 days to deliver from china to UK. It has been 10 days nearly 11 days and when i text them through the email, what is listed on there site, there just give me the same response. "It will be here in 7-8days" UPDATE: IM GIVING U A 1 STAR. IT HAS BEEN DELIVRED 4 HOURS AWAY FROM ME SOMEWHERE IN LONDON. IVE GOT SCREENSHOTS OF MY ORDER AND WHEN I RANG ROYAL MAIL UP THERE SAID THE PACKAGE DIDNT HAVE NO ADDRESS ON SO BASICALLY AOVOSTORE DOSENT KNOW WHATR THERE ARE DOING AND ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! DO NOT BUY!!!! THERE WILL END UP SENDING UR ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE. BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH EMAIL BUT NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!! TOTALLY DISPONTED NOW! I HAD TO WAIT 12 DAYS JUST FOR TO END UP AT SOMEONE ELSES HOUSE............. I AM NOW GONNA RING MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS AOVO IS NO HELP AT ALL AS THERE DONT GIVE U A REPLY!

After purchasing a scooter using PayPal on AOVOstore.com, I noticed the money was sent to Wikeebuy and not AOVO, and as of yet, neither company has sent me any information about the order, even after inquiring. All I have is the PayPal receipt; any help would be appreciated.

Bad customer service. They respond only 1 time per day even though you responded to them within minutes. They do everything in their power to make it difficult for you to send back their bad product. Sending you videos so you can yourself fix their errors.

Now I have ben waiting in 3 weeks.. It should ben sendt from Germany to Denmark …??? They said that its shipped…??

Ho acquistato un monopattino AOVO ook-tek V8, 350W, 25km/h. Ho compreso che esistono DUE aziende che utilizzano AOVO nel nome ma che sono concorrenti ed ho dovuto fare MOLTA Attenzione a scegliere la giusta compagnia da cui acquistare direttamente. La comunicazione, tempestiva anche mentre trattenevo il fiato (incerto della mia scelta della ditta"giusta"), dopo aver pagato un ottimo prezzo per un monopattino che, dopo un mese di utilizzo ancora mantiene le caratteristiche descritte sul sito all'acquisto al 100%. Ho quindi ritenuto giusto recensire una ditta che, almeno con il sottoscritto, nel marzo 2023 si è comportata bene. Devo però aggiungere che, immediatamente dopo l'acquisto, ho ricevuto una richiesta di €30 come "supplemento" per la spedizione che, a fronte della mia immediata contestazione (in inglese) via email, è stata ritirata e la merce subito spedita e tracciata dalla Germania. Ritengo sia probabile che, dato che l'offerta trovata online era veramente molto conveniente (€ 231 tutto compreso) la ditta abbia tentato un aumento all'ultimo minuto perché resasi conto di aver dimenticato di rimuovere un'offerta speciale dal suo portale o qualcosa di simile. Ho imparato che fare valere i propri diritti e comunicare con tempestività, chiarezza ed educazione questa volta ha avuto successo, per questo le mie 5 stelle della mia esperienza. Purtroppo non sempre va a finire così! Meditate prima di fare acquisti frettolosamente.

Received a scooter that was clearly used already and had multiple damages. (Huge damages including the brake disk) . After reading from multiple sites that aovostore sells their scooters in a way worse quality than aovopro (Not really a fake, but still very suspicious) I am a little bit worried. We are now attempting to refund it. I will update this review after I know more.

Bonjour Il faut faire attention pour le service après-vente, moi j'ai acheté une trottinette ook-tek aovo sur aovostore, après un seul trajet de 4 km la trottinette ne fonctionne plus, j'ai contacté AOVO HELP j'ai un vidéo qui montre le problème mais ils sont pas prêts de résoudre mon problème car après plusieurs mail entre nous toujours sans action, je vous conseille d'autres marques plus connus comme urbain, Xiaomi... Etc Merci
