AOVO OfficialReviews of aovostore.com

Clever scam - Not the real Aovo scooter company, its a poor very imitation, made with cheap parts which are designed to break quickly through normal use so that they can continue to make money from you. Warrenty terms are different to those advertised and even if they will cover the cost of a part they expect you to pay a grossly exaggerated shipping cost of £40 per part. They do not except returns, do not offer refunds and do anything they can to avoid helping. Left with a broken scooter and a heart broken child..... AVOID!!!

Excellent company, quality products and customer service is second to none. I will definitely order again. Many thanks Aovostore.

Bought an electric scooter in August 2021 to give to my son for the coming christmas, never did i think being so well prepared would come back to bite me. According to their description this scooter comes with 2 years manufacturers warranty...It Doesn't, they are falsely advertising this. Firstly, the rear mud guard snapped off after a couple of uses, I emailed the company and never got a response. Secondly, in only March (bad weather so scooter rarely used up until this point) the thing just died, I incorrectly contacted Aovo support who were more than helpful and claimed they had sent me a replacement part, when this did not arrive I queried this and they told me i needed to contact Aovo Store - they tried to pass me back but eventually we started to make progress. They asked me to pay for a replacement battery (the cost of which is more than half the cost of the scooter and offered no guarantees), eventually they asked me to test the battery and charger which I did and both are working correctly, after advising them of this they refused to take any further action. Upon opening the battery compartment there were loose screws knocking around and they have failed to acknowledge this, it is very clearly a manufacturing fault but they will not assist me in any way other than to send me a different set of warranty guidelines than what is advertised in the post. As you can imagine I have a very disappointed young son who got very little enjoyment out of his Christmas present, not to mention the money wasted on such a disappointing product. I am posting this review here because every time i review on the website itself it has been deleted. I also note that all reviews for the product itself are positive, seems Aovo store are failing to approve anything negative

Great customer service, always available when you have a question. Great products and great experience all round. Would recommend.

Very good eBike delivered on time. Communication friendly with seller. Thanks.

please read the reviews about this company before buying from them. i purchased a scooter as an xmas give for my son. all good until the battery stoped working with 3 bars present. they have a live chat system which can take 3 days for an answer and when the do they ask you to open the scooter up and send a video of the batterys voltage(dangerous in my opinion if you dont know what you are doing) so after 4 weeks a new battery appeared and fitting it is not simple and it still dosent work so back to the chat and waited 3 days for an answer to be given another 2 videos to test the charger which it still dosent work. i have asked for a refund or replacement to be given there terms and conditions by screenshot with half of them missing. absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced and now i am left with a scooter which my son used for his paper round which he cannot use. i also purchesded this through klarna which i am shocked they still use.

Broke after few weeks and ignoring emails and won’t solve the problem terribly the worst company and scooters

DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY! LIARS & THIEVES! Worst coming I have even know! Brought a scooter which arrived in October! Within 4 uses the battery broke, eventually they replaced a part after a month of waiting for responses & delivery that part didn’t work the issue was still there! I contacted and another month later we finally received a new battery! Worked for a day!!! Again I messaged did all they told me to do including taking the cover off the battery so they could check (which I then disposed of for safety reasons) they replaced (again weeks later) the scooter went not even 40 yards down the road and the battery packed in again!!!! I’ve been messaging and messaging. They keep repeating themselves asking me to do the same thing want me to send videos of all 3 batteries (despite me telling them I had to dispose of the one for safety reasons!) then say they never told me to take the casing off even though I have the emails! They claim they will have it returned and repair but I have to cover costs! Absolutely not! We owned the scooter less then 3 weeks and had problems none stop! I asked for a 50% refund and I will have the school fixed in England and they ignore or ask for the same videos I’ve already sent!!!! I am absolutely disgusted by this company! Nearly £300 I have wasted for f*%# all when I have a newborn baby and 2 other children my money could have been spent better else where! I will make sure this is known on any site possible to ensure people do not make the same mistake as me!!!!!! STAY THE F*%# AWAY!!!!
