I ordered a white Scooter and got a black one. second time this happenes to me! on my last parchase i had some issue and the customer service which where not responsive and communicating enough but the scooters themselves are great and goot quality thats why i keep bying there but it was dissapointing to get a different color!

La experiencia fue buena, deberían mejorar en cuanto a los canales de comunicación vía mail,normalmente luego de hacer una compra mandan un mail con la confirmación de la misma y poder ver el seguimiento del producto y demas cosas, así uno puede saber que está todo correcto. Al menos yo no recibí nada, actualmente estoy teniendo problemas con la batería ( al parecer) del trotinete que me llego hace 2 días ( bogist m5 pro-s rojo) espero se pueda solucionar pronto.

Bought this M365 scooter for Christmas and have a major issue with the folding mechanism clip which snapped whilst I was riding the scooter causing me to have a fall off. The pins connecting the handle to the scooter had worked loose. I have tried to contact the after sales as advised on Web site but have had no response to several emails and messenger chat won't connect....totally rubbish aftersales service!!!

Aquistato in data 03/08/2022 da aovostore.com e giunto in tempi veloci. Per le prestazioni ( batteria, velocità e performance ) pienamente soddisfatto. Corpo centrale tutto in acciaio e resistente, però ....... 1) dopo 50 km parafango posteriore rotto all'altezza delle viti , 2) le 4 viti di fissaggio del manubrio all'asta verticale, durante la marcia con le vibrazioni, si allentano e cadono ( ne ho cambiate 7 eppoi alla fine ho dovuto mettere delle viti passanti con doppio dado per serrare il tutto ) ; 3) provo ad inviare mail all'indirizzo aovohelp gmail.com ..... non esiste anche se fornitomi da loro l'indirizzo ; 4) provo contatto tramite messenger sul sito ufficiale .....in 7 gg ancora non lo hanno letto. Profondamente deluso dall'assistenza, o meglio dalla mancanza di assistenza ( anche se a cavallo delle festività di Ferragosto, però un contatto attivo per i clienti dovrebbe esserci ).

Hi, I've received the aovo Pro 365 e scooter for my son's christmas present. It's currently on charge and turns on etc but cannot get the app to pair with the scooter and cannot get the scooter to actually work or move. I've emailed the address but I'm feeling very worried as it's a Chinese address although it's been shipped from Germany. Please can you advise me. Thanks
