Horrible experience, have not shipped for over a week and then cancelled the order.

Bought Scooter X9 Plus. Received product with obvious malfunction. Front and rear brake discs are uncentered and impossible to get into the shape of normal tyre rotation without abrasion and loud squealing. Sent an email to their support, with no answer whatsoever. SCAM. AVOID.

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER*** I ordered an electric scooter from their website (£400) on the 9th October what was shipped from Germany by DHL according the tracking reference number. On the 11th I chased them and I received a reply from a gmail.com domain that they were contacting the warehouse. The tracking ref. shows that my order was received in the UK by someone I've never heard about. No delivery address details or surname on the tracking page. The concept of the business is to scam people. You pay £400 they ship something to a random address for £5 to get a tracking ref. from DHL. Hence the tracking page showes the item was delivered they ignore you. However people know that the tracking ends at the exact delivery address.

Customer service is going in the wrong direction. The product I bought is good, I want a replacement part, I have been trying to talk to them for at least a week. Chat forgets history, no reply. (Maybe they delete it on purpose?) I also sent an email 1 week ago, no reply. I am getting angry. What service is this?

I bought a scooter x9 plus. Order 42485. It broke after a week. Aovo store does not respond to messages and delays the response. Support is very bad. They sell very bad products that break after a few times of use. They offer a 180-day warranty, but you can forget about it. Liars. Don't buy from them.

After payment of the scooter, it comes up out of stock, and told me 4days later, and take 16days for the delivery. The most exciting parts is the scooter broken within a week, and then they reply me to fix it myself by sending parts to me, Than i find out the info on the website about " maintenance spot" is fake
