I brought a scooter from this company the scooter worked fine up until like a month and a half ago I purchased a warranty and it’s been over 30 days now waiting for someone to respond still no response and when they do respond they just keep asking for order number it’s very frustrating now I don’t have transportation to get back and forth to work.

I emailed them many times with no update on warranty of the scooter, also seems like the item I received was not new. Selling bad product.

The previous office was very close. But due to the office relocation, the commuting problem has arisen. I was not going to buy a scooter. My friend bought a scooter yesterday. It was quite good. With that thought in mind, I also ordered a scooter from Aovo.

Asked to use apps i dont have and use and took them ages to give a refund back.

Good quality scooters are available at AOVOstore at this time. I ordered on January 14th. I received it exactly as I wanted.

Sent a faulty device, didn't cover delivery cost of sending it back for review, lied to customer service of the website I ordered it from
