FAST RESPONSE ON ALL

great product, cools well

Buying experience was straight forward, fast, and trouble free. Love the product and Anker making these high-quality and high-value products.

The power went out 3 days after receiving our Solix for 4 hours. It kept our refrigerator and Internet running. It Was great especially since it was 100 degrees outside.

I recently had a expansion, battery fail Anker took their time, find out what the problem was and they replaced the battery in record time.

I bought the Solix C1000 Gen 2 and was first surprised at how well packed it was and knew instantly this was a quality product. I will use this to recharge drone batteries using the USB-C ports and run a 27" monitor using the AC plug-in while in the field. I have tested this at home and found that at 85% efficiency I can charge 7 batteries and keep the monitor running for about 6-7 hours. I bring charged batteries for both the drone and controller and with that in mind can run for 10-11 hours if need be. I will be looking into a solar panel for the future and can't speak to that yet but it looks quite capable. Very nicely designed unit, I charged it to 95% two weeks ago and after charging a camping lantern, it still read 95% when turning it off, lol. I would have gone with the C2000 Gen 2 (small back up for home) but getting too old to lug this stuff around. This is an EXCELLENT UNIT, very pleased with this product as well as the four other Anker products I own.

Reliable product. Easy to use. Simple to order. Deliver when it was promised

Quick and easy delivery of the product. It would have been better if full manual shipped with product, but found it on internet.
