The f3000 has been awesome, fast charging, very well built and just portable enough for my uses!

I purchased 2 Anker SOLIX C1000 + Expansion Batterys for use in the event of a power outage. I initially looked into the Anker SOLIX F3800 but the weight was to high for something that will be utilized in a heated basement. Purchasing two units allows me to utilize one to power selected components within the home and the ability to switch over to the other battery setup when the power within the first has decreased to 30%. To ensure continued power through an extended outage, I also purchased a Honda 2200i generator. I am currently awaiting the return of my electrician to complete the required installation of a sub-panel and transfer switch. We experienced a power outage several weeks ago and I had to bring one battery combo unit upstairs and utilized a 10' wire extension cord to power my refrigerator, computer / monitor, and Verizon Routers. I utilized the other combo unit in the basement to power my alarm panel and Verizon panel. Worked perfectly and the phone app keeps you abreast of the power consumption. I also like the fact that the display on each battery unit provides the remaining power and also the estimated time of power that can be expected under the current load. I spent quite a lot of time doing research before making the purchase and also utilized AI for additional information. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars is due to the fact that my initial inquiries to support via email were answered by AI rather than an actual representative. I realized this after receiving answers which did not match previous responses. I finally did reach an actual rep and the information provided was quite helpful.

I thought they had a good reasonable price for the Anker S2000 portable power station. Delivery didn't take very long. It was packed well. No problems.

I had specific questions being that I have limited options for charging living in an apartment. The person really tried and had electrical knowledge. Unfortunately for me, there is no solution for charging a backup power system.

Well packed and shipped promptly, after seeing many excellent reviews of the product I have confidence this was the best choice for our needs and it feels good to be prepared.
