When I ordered previously thru Amazon…
When I ordered previously thru Amazon there was a huge mixup never got the product after 3 weeks of waiting , got a refund and started from scratch.ordered directly from you got the package in a week, everything works as stipulated, Im a happy customer.

No load AC battery draw much higher than advertised
Overall the F3000 is a good power station but I am very disappointed that the no load battery draw is about 33.5 w/hr rather than the advertised 24.5. That makes a big difference when you need to leave the AC output on all the time.

We live off grid and the Anker Solix…
We live off grid and the Anker Solix F3800 plus is our main source of power. We want to expand our system, so we added 2 more expansion batteries. Best thing we ever did was go with Anker. Thank you for your excellent products and service…….we love you guys!

Refrigerator back up
Products work well. I bought 4 of the the Anker 2000 models and just in time for a planned power outage. I hooked up my fridges and when power went out the units powered them with no issues. I'd say this is better than the back up batteries that are sold to be placed on top of a fridge. We'll definitely be ready for any outages in the future. Thank you for the great product!
