I love the product it has been working great

I’m very happy with my F3800+ as well as the expansion batteries & solar panels. We’ll be expanding the system to its max and doubling it once we get a smart panel purchased & installed. Pricing is great and I prefer the reduced fire hazard of LiFePo batteries. Shipping is always great & the only problem I’ve had was addressed by customer service promptly.

Our power went out just before xmas for nearly 1 week up in Colorado. I was forced to find a better solution than what I was doing. I bought a C2000 and an 800 to alternate. I feel very comfortable and confident to keep my pets and small apartment upkept during any future outages. Awesome products and nice app!

I'm not going to write a long review about this awful company. I have purchased more than $3500 worth of their products. Unfortunately, one item a protective case for C200 and C300 series battery that cost me $49.99 was not delivered and is lost at FedEx. Today makes 15 days since it was taken possession of at FedEx. I have tried in vain to get Anker to make it right. I purchased Seel insurance. When I try to file a claim no verification email is sent to me. No, there is nothing wrong with my computer. I received hundreds of emails every week from other people and other sites. There is no way to call a human being at Anker. This company is tone deaf to the needs of its customers. I was going to purchase another $5000 worth of battery backup solutions for my family members. That is no longer going to happen. I even told them they were going to lose my business. Anker could care less. Shop their competitors and avoid this company like the plague. Any response to this review by Anker pretending that I'm not a customer or this did not happen is not true. I will be contacting my credit card company to recoup my money.

I have had positive experiences with these people all the way through the process; from the sale's people, the installers, the trouble shooting, my adding more panels, and the maintenance. One of the best decisions I have made. Also, I have two systems on the same property (one for my house and one for the 4-plex behind it), I have Franklin backup batteries for each and highly recommend them. A big plus for the batteries (you can even charge them from the grid on bad solar days), and the system will automatically switch to the backup battery (unless you tell it not to with the app) during peak electricity cost periods.

Great products and quick delivery. Been using the smaller Anker products for some time now and have moved to home back up with the same great experiences.
