From the moment I walked in until my rug was delivered, I was 100% pleased with the service. Even the delivery of my rug was terrific. They laid it down, even vacuumed it for me. Anderson did a large install of carpet and wood flooring...the installation was great and they went above and beyond, but there were a few follow up items that needed attention. They took care of everything in the long run...I would have given five stars if these things - furniture removal and replacement, job cleanup, vents not cut to fit vent covers - had been taken care of without my asking and following up. I will continue to do business with them but will be very clear about my expectations.

I ordered carpet for two bedrooms and stairs. I wasn't able to purchase it until 3 months later, but they honored the quote. After looking at the carpet I bought, I changed my order. I was in the middle of selling my house, and they assured me that the carpet would be installed in time for photographs of the house for listing. The installers were wonderful and didn't hesitate to ask questions. I asked the photographer to highlight the bedrooms and stairs. I sold the house in 3 days! I plan to change the carpet in my new bedroom in the future, and I definitely will use them again! I highly recommend Anderson Carpet in Rehoboth Beach, DE!
