My experience in the show room was…
My experience in the show room was great. Very attentive and product knowledgeable. The in home measurement went smoothly. I love the carpet. It looks great in my home. The installer team needs more training on customer relations and being responsive to the homeowner. Overall a very good experience.

Great Experience
We had an excellent experience working with Dawn and Ashley. They were especially helpful with budget and time as we worked to ready our townhouse to sell. I would absolutely recommend them. I'm sure we'll be a return customer at some point in the future. It was truly a pleasure working with them!
