They were nice but did not deliver when they said they would.

There was a necessity to have it done within 3 weeks. I was promised it would be done in time, but it wasn’t. The contract did not indicate a necessary time frame. I had to call to expediate the process

the round carpet is flat on some sides and we will need to turn it so that the roundest part will be in the most visible area of the floor. the largest carpet in the great room is 7" from the wall on one end and 4 " from on the other. this will also need to be corrected as the line of carpet is narrowing as it moves down the room.

While some tried to make the problems right, one employee in particular (and he knows who he is) had an attitude that bordered on rude while working in my home trying to correct the issues. We should not have had to deal with that.

We had hardwood flooring installed in living room. We are very pleased with quality of flooring and excellent installation. We also had linoleum installed in bathroom. The flooring is very difficult to clean. The installation was extremely poor. Many bumps, demarcations and uneveness due to grout type leveler that was placed underneath to supposedly make the floor smooth.
