Their so called hypoallergenic earrings are a total load of crap. The posts do tarnish and I have the swollen ear lobes to prove it. Don’t buy this cheap crap from China disguised as a real jewelry store. I’d love to include a picture but there’s no place to do so. DON’T buy their lies

I ordered something and put the correct address and it defaulted to the old address. I immediately emailed . Texted and love chatted with someone and they said they would try and they told their team . Come Monday they said it was too late and nothing they could do which is really annoying. Yes I should’ve have tripled checked the address but I put the right one so I didn’t think I had to check. And now I’m not going to get my package. I really think there should be a better process for this , or they should check their messages before processing packages . I put two stars cause I like the quality of the products of Ana Luisa but please fix your system don’t default to another address and change it . Also have a better system for people who put wrong addresses , yes it’s on me too but man didn’t think I had to check again after putting the right one . Wasted money

This is cheap stuff. It is not worth the postage to mail it. When I got my order, I had to put on my glasses to see it. I would love to know how much they blow up the pics online. The photography for the website is incredible but the order delivery is a huge huge disappointment. Some of the items I couldn’t return b/c they were final sale. It took them 7 days to tell me that.

I have ordered from this company twice. The jewelry is nice, though the color of the gold is a little off. The problem is the sneaky AL Luxe membership. I was enrolled twice. It is incredibly deceptive and I complained both times. They must make a lot of money this way since they continue the practice despite customer complaints. I will not order again.

They automatically start billing you monthly even if you have not ordered anything and never asked for a monthly account. This is a total rip off.

I love their pieces. I bought a few time and i am totally satisfied. Fast shipping. And customer support per Chat is great. An agent called Cherry is a sweetheart and very helpful!! I wilö definetly buy again.

Very sneaky on membership fees. I didn't realize after buying jewelry for Christmas that I was being billed $42.99 a month for membership for 4 months!@? Membership to what? I reported them for fraud, cancelled my payments on AMX and I will never buy from them again. I really hate they did this because, I really liked their jewelry pieces. But I won't buy from them again. So mad!

Highly sneaky and deceptive business practices. YOu don't find out until after you make a purchase that you purchased a membership and following their instructions on how to cancel it don't match up with the online view so it takes 4 or 5 attempts to cancel. The customer service person will say theres a place to remove it from your cart but there isnt. I checked out as a guest because I don't have an account with you. You can justify your business plan but it is purposely designed to deceive. How can a business operate with such deceptive and misleading business practices!
