Deceptive monthly subscription charges
If you buy something from them they sign you up for their monthly membership which costs over$50 a month. It's not clear that you are being signed up for this when you make a purchase. Even after I attempted to cancel the membership and their customer service confirmed that my membership was canceled, they still attempted to charge me the next month. There are many similar complaints about this company. Worst online shopping experience I've had.

Hello R Darr! Our AL Luxe membership is optional. AL Luxe members pay a $3.95 one-time fee for immediate discounts, followed by a monthly payment.
