This was one of the best online transaction experiences I have ever had. AMS is VERY professional. I don’t usually order such expensive things online, but their prices were very good and they thru in a pizza oven I have quickly become a loyal customer.

I got the the equipment i wanted for a reasonable price. It was shipped and arrived in a short time and in a new condition.

Customer service has been relatively prompt, but wish I could speak immediately with an associate rather than always getting answering machine and them calling me back.

They’re very knowledgeable and when you get a hold of the person that takes the orders, they can tell you if they have it in stock right away. customer service was fantastic just a great company to buy from.

I think your company is taking advantage of people. You are gouging the public. Your price was $199.99 and 5 minutes later it was $249.95. Very poor business practices. I will let everyone know.

My order got "lost" and I called to try and confirm the status. The people at AMS were so responsive to my problem and kept me informed of their actions on a regular basis.
