AMS Fireplace Inc.Reviews of amsfireplace.com

Our fireplace was delivered on time and works great. We are very happy with it!

Prety fair deliver timeline from order. Order was correct. Only issue they only have a 4" steel angle bracket for like brick lintel. I had a stone lintel with a 6" steel plate to attach bracket, so if I was not creative, the screen would not have gotten installed. I used the 4" provided added another 4" plate drilled holes and bent ends to make a 6" bracket. they should have a 6" option for steel bracket.

The item arrived damaged and the return was expedited and most pleasant.

Great product and extent customer service

Very good customer service. I was shipping out of the country and not the standard procedure. There were complications but AMS resolved everything as soon as the came up.

Great communication from the staff and sales team.

AMS Fireplace cares about your satisfaction. There are lots of sites out there with similar products, but whenever I work with the AMS team, they show just how much they care about your needs. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I definitely recommend shopping here!
