AMS Fireplace Inc.Reviews of amsfireplace.com

Product came exactly as described at a reasonable price, and on time. Everything you'd expect!

The product shipped later than anticipated, and the AMS rep was rude on email when I inquired about this. I then got in touch with a second AMS rep who was super helpful, and she found the product sitting at the local courier facility waiting to be delivered. Due to delivery restrictions in my area, organizing the delivery was difficult. When the product was finally delivered, we discovered that the lava rock wasn't shipped with the firepit. This took an additional month before we received it.

Very polite and professional assistance to my needs.

Extremely accommodating, helpful, and customer satisfaction oriented. Much appreciated. Quality work

Excellent price, quick shipping, and very helpful communication leading up to my purchase! Thanks!

Blaze Insulated Jacket For Gas Griddle - BLZ-GRIDDLE-IJ Quick and easy order process. Excellent updates and the product arrived on time.

Worked with Ana Tores who was not helpful and very rude. Made my experience unpleasant and wished I dealt with another company.

AMS Firplace had at the time the best price for this very unique grill, even though shipping was a bit lengthy, it was very much worth the wait, plus I was able to get an additional 10% off the price, and this is what hooked me, shipping was excellent, very well wrapped, delivery into my garage, all went perfect.
