Salesman (Kelly Clevenger) was very informative and helped us thru the process to ensure we had the correct length and type of chair for our needs.

This company should be investigated. Worse business transaction I have made in my 56 years on this earth. They will not refund your money, even after they have been given all research by the bank that you never received it. Oh yeah, then they block your calls in the accountants department (Danielle) like I am just gonna go away. So now I am filling out a form for small claims court because guess what Ameriglide, I am not just going to give you 1439.00 of my hard earned money for nothing, and I promise I will persue this until I am dead and gone. You know what they call someone who takes from someone else ? A THIEF ! Do not do business with this company. Unless you just have extra money you want to give away.

I did a lot of research on Stair Lifts and even had a company come to my house. I then called Ameriglide and got connected with Kelly. Kelly was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything better over the phone than the company to came to my house. Kelly sent me install videos and I toil measurements and Kelly configured the stair lift for me. We installed the lift and it was relatively simple. The product is great and in especially like the folding bottom rail as it allowed me to install the lift on the side of the stairway I wanted. So I give this company, the product and the sales person the highest marks. Great job!

I purchased a bariatric lift chair from Ameriglide in sept 2021, the representative Timothy W. was great! Im hard of hearing and he was patient, he listened to what I needed weight wise, then looked up the fabric I preferred, gave me all the warranty info also. There was a glitch with the tracking and something I lost, so called and left msg, which was returned promptly and taken care of. Timothy even did a follow up to see if I was happy with my purchase! (Oh yes) Highly recommend Timothy W for his good customer service,

Horrible! Terrible! Horrible! Terrible! Did I mention, horrible? We ordered a Rave 2 for our church. Really loved the pricing and our sales rep was amazing, initially. We received our stair lift about a week after purchasing, which we were very pleased about. Upon installing the unit, we came across a defective part. We called the company and were told a new part would be shipped out and we would have it within one week. That was 8 weeks ago! Since then, I have called the company approximately 15 times, each time being bounced from one person to another, and told that someone would be in touch. Here I am today, still trying to get a hold of someone to find out where our missing part is, to no avail. I keep getting bounced around from person to person again. It’s like no one at the company wants to talk to me and no one even cares that we paid for the unit in full and it does not function properly, and has not worked since we got it. We did have three more stair lifts to purchase but we absolutely will not purchase another one from this company. The customer service is very bad and no one can answer any questions about why we haven’t received this part in 8 weeks. At one point, I was given the number to what I guess is their fulfillment company, Harmar, who told me they were never even received a warranty replacement order for us from Ameriglide. This is ridiculous! 8 weeks and no one can give me a straight answer. Pitiful.

We are 4 months in since installation and we still do not have a working unit (wheelchair lift). It took us 3 weeks of calling just to get someone to pick up the phone. We’ve contacted at least 5 different employees throughout this awful experience and weeks go by with no return contact. Once we do finally get a phone call back, we get pushed around with which employee can do what we need. We have a wheelchair lift that is just sitting not working. The Vice President has not even returned our phone call. This is the most unprofessional customer service experience we have ever encountered.

Very poor customer service. I got two lift chairs with the assistance of representative. One chair was perfectly fine, the second missing the function and plus is very small for my dad. Trying to reach the representative who helped me with the order, and tried to call multiple time, hitting the wall.
