Scott Webber was kind, patient and very helpful in leading me to a decision, based on my needs description. I arrived at a lift chair that checked off my wife's wishes quickly, and as luck would have it, at a coupon-discounted price. He represented his position very well! Thanks Scott.

If it weren’t for Cameron I am sure we would never have gotten the stairs installed. The fact that the company is not licensed in my state was not a big help either although the serviceman who did the installation deserves a lot of credit. The fact that my Stairs sat for days In a neighboring city was because they do not deliver to your door. I should have been involved in that one but no one bothered to phone. The stairs are attractive and seem to work well although a little slower than I thought.

Kelly was great Very helpful Thank you

A busy place. I called today did not get a call back.

I am a General Contractor in Tennessee. I order products on a daily basis, but Roger Adams made this purchase effortlessly for me. His knowledge & ability to navigate me through all the different options was unsurpassed with any of my other suppliers. Due to Roger's help, this will not be my last purchase from AmeriGlide! We ordered the stair lift for my mother, who was coming home from rehab. The purchasing agent assured me that it would come the following week. My mother is now home but no stair lift. I have left messages but no one has returned my call with information. I still don't have an estimate as to when the product will arrive. Very disappointing.

I felt that one of my “stair chairs” needed adjusting. Lyn was out and corrected it in one day. He is very knowledgeable!

Joe Graham, the sales rep, was very helpful in specing out an outdoor elevator system as I would not have know what options I may need. Next step is to review with family to determine if this will provide all the bells and whistles they wanted. Michele Coastal Florida
