Their hype about being customer oriented is a lie. I'm on auto fill, with monthly payment plan where ythey currently have almost 300 dollars of my money, and they are telling me I cannot get gas until Monday! No heat, and disabled senior with health issues.

Called for a refill when I was at 25%, it’s just me and my brother in the house so we don’t use much gas on the daily. I’ve been out of gas for two weeks tomorrow and when I call every day they tell me the same line. Asked if I wanted to spend 200 for expedited or 300 for emergency. I told them I wasn’t spending more money than I already was for false promises. They’ve hung up on me all but once. I have no heat, the house stays at a cool 46°F. Have no hot water and have taken freezing cold showers every day to dry off in a freezing cold room. It’s a wonder I’ve not gotten pneumonia yet. Have no stove so I can’t cook anything. Luckily my parents have wood heat and let us shower at their house. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is the worst company ever! I have lived here 6 years and am consistently out of gas despite being on forecast. Try calling the local office, it’s a joke. No one ever answers or is available. Schedule a delivery on line and wait, wait ,wait ...days for it to happen. Call the emergency line and it’s the same run around. They will put in the order but can’t tell you when your gas tank will be refilled. This company should not be allowed to operate.

When local people answered the calls we received great service. Now that the calls are answered by a virtual call center the customer service is terrible. We called in to schedule a fill when our propane tank was at 30 percent. 18 days later (Feb 2nd 2021) we have called every day for the past 5 days. Each day they tell us we are on the schedule for the next day. Today we were told the same. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes to speak to a representative, she hung up on us. I'm currently on hold so far for another 30 minutes and counting. Propane is our only source of heat and we now have about 3 or 4 days of propane left and it's a snow storm that will probably not allow travel on our road for a few days. I wonder if they are warm in the call center??? Hopefully someone is monitoring these reviews and takes action. Doubtful but hopeful. Otherwise we will be search out a new provider.

I have been a customer for many years on a will-call basis. We called when we were at 30% and like so many others here we were promised many times that they would be out but never showed up. We have an 87-year-old living with us and she is home all-day. They would never return our calls. We then ran out and called their emergency number and were told they would be right out but again never showed. When I called back they said the manager said they could not come out but he apparently did not feel the need to call us to let us know, instead of having us wait until late in the evening waiting for them to show. We have received several letters of apology that look like they were mass sent out but never received a call from anyone....ever! So we are done like so many others. This just might be the end of AmeriGas as we know it.

Housatonic, Ma. Ordered gas, almost out. Ordered on 1/21/21 still not here 1/31/21. All agents give different answer. One promised 1/29/21. Did not arrive. Agent on 1/30/21 said would expedite, call back later, no order in. Want to charge big bucks for expedited delivery, running out of gas. Wow!!! Company shut down local office, wow!! Like to complain to regulatory agency.

If 0 stars was possible to select that is what I would give. Ordered propane in January 3rd it is now the 30th and no delivery. Customer service is useless they cannot help. They even fraudentally changed the date of my order in my account to make it look like I did not place my delivery request until the 28th, they have breached the contract, they dont care; at their mercy. We are about to run out of gas; no one can assist.
