Worst ever. They do not nswer the phone and do not deliver when they say they would. Leaving people without heat. This company should be shut down.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I've been trying to 2 weeks to get a gas refill since I noticed we were low. We are on a meter and were supposed to get an automatic refill in Dec. I called again today telling them I am now out of gas. Was told someone would be there today. I asked what my recourse was if they didn't show up and they said I didn't have one. Someone would be there. I'm still waiting. I will be looking for a new provider.

Absolutely horrible customer service. And having a fuel delivered will take longer than waiting for a package coming from overseas!!! Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Wouldn’t recommend them to even my worst enemy.

I had been trying since August to get my tank filled. I made tons of calls only to be put on hold for long periods of time. I was given about 6 different dates and they did not call or show up for any of them. I was running out of gas and finally had to find another supplier in January. That's six months of trying to get service to no avail. I had pre paid and I have yet to get my refund that I requested in November. No one seems to know what is going on there. Sometimes after holding on forever, I was simply hung up on. It was like something out of an Albott & Costello skit "Who's on first?" Worst company I have ever tried to deal with. We even went to the office and they will not talk to you. Now they are telling me that it will be March before they can pick up their tank so I'm stuck with the thing sitting in my yard. I am going to check into charging them storage. Horrible, Horrible company. Avoid them at all cost!!

Have been without gas for 2 days. After 19 years of seevice we are done.

If I could give something lower than 1 star than I would. This is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s been constant back and forth with customer representatives and literally none of them has helped. If you have any other options to deal with a different company, than I would. Amerigas sucks!

Called in December to get a fill and we were at 25%. They took our money dec27,2020. Jan 16 we were at 5% bc they hadn’t come and filled tank yet. Jan 18,2021 they came out with an order for only 7 gallons when we paid for a full fill and the truck malfunctioned so they disconnected us and locked us out. They told me they filled tank when they didn’t. Told us there was nothing they could do. We have three children one who is a baby and one who is disabled. No heat no water no gas to cook with all bc they didn’t do their job and now refuse to fill tank. Jan 26 was earliest they said they could get here. No call no nothing just disconnected and locked us out and refuse to come fill it. On top of being rude to us! Do not get propane from them extremely rude on hold for forever and hang up on u

Absolute crap company. We have been out of propane for two weeks and they won’t answer the phone. We’ve called emergency number and everything. Filing a formal complaint against them. AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
