File all your complaints with the attorney Generals office. Its the only way things get done. I cant imagine a company with 90 % negative complaints. And i know about oversees customer service. Every damn company in the states cant hire Americans. The companies get away from pay high dollar medical. Its terrible these companies to get one dollar more shifts their answering service oversees. Look outside the circle and find another company in another town or county.
