I was not satisfied with my current propane dealer. I contacted Amerigas about setting up a new account. I got my new account set up with my account number and all was going well I thought. My tank was near empty and I was told a delivery was scheduled the same day. This was 01/12/21. Today is 01/28/21 and I have not heard a word from this company. After much wasted time on the phone with many promises and lies I have given up. So thankful for my previous company. One phone call and they were there with propane on the same day.

Former customer. I been contacting Amerigas for years (I gave up for almost 5 years) including three contacts within the last month trying to get their ugly tank removed. No response yet. Wait time for calls is absurdly long - an hour or more. Avoid this company at al costs!

another 1 star review for a company that obviously doesn't care. over priced. long hold time on phone. unhelpful customer service reps. won't sell me the tank so i can use another company

This company has left us without heat twice within less than a month. I have to order in the winter approximately every 2 weeks. I have called multiple times. They either have g out or give me poor excuses that they have up to 14 days to deliver. There system want allow you to order until your 30 % ot below in which causes us to run out before they deliver. I have been without heat for 9 days now and they said they can't help that and system doesn't show when it will be delivered. It was 14 days yesterday and they failed to deliver and when i called they stated they would expedite it immediately to be delivered within 2 hours. They once again let me and my family down. As of now I still have no heat because of their negligence.

This company has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with for so called customer service. first I could not reach anyone to deliver and when I did get gas delivered they deposited my check and did not credit my account. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes to get a supervisor to help with the issue. There board of directors better start looking or they will all be charged with issues related to management.

If you like long hold times and unresolved issues, this is the company for you! They picked up my tanks weeks ago and after 5 calls I still don't have any answers on the rebate for almost a full tank of propane they took back. Seems as though they are hoping I'll go away so they don't have to refund me. You aren't able to speak with anyone local, no managers are available and hours of wait time. They are killing it! If I was able to give less than 1 star I would.

placed order to fill 2 tanks Jan 6, Jan 21 they filled 1 tank, called to get the other tank escalated because it was empty and heats my barn, told next day fill Jan 22, never showed, called Jan 25 told escalated again for 24 hr fill, checked on line indicated ref # had been canceled to call, can't reach a person, I will be changing gas companies asap, called Chatt Prop they deliver in 2 days tops

Out of gas since the begin of December. It is impossible to reach anybody. If you do, it is pointless because you get the same answer all the time - "we have forwarded your concern."
