Absolutely the WORST service!!! First they told us 7 days, then 10 days, then up to two weeks... I have small children and still no propane. The temps have been in the negative’s. How can a company be ran this way? Customer quality my butt!!! We should not have to pre-pay for this terrible service. THEY should call us when THEY are 3 stops away and then WE will pay. Disgraceful!!! We will find another service!!

AmeriGas is THE worst company I've EVER dealt with. You CANNOT call a local office. Hugh Gallagher, CEO, should be ashamed to run this company because it's an embarrassment! It's a disgrace to call the company Ameri-anything. The biggest insult is at the beginning of the ridiculous hold times on the phone, that the hold message actually says "At AmeriGas, safety and customer service are our highest priority". Ha! That is laughable at best. If you're not a current customer, don't EVEN consider it! If you are, find another company and change as soon as you are able. Pathetic that they have bought up mom/pop companies that were built by hard working individuals and ruined them. I have been trying to get propane delivered to my 92 year old mom for over 3 weeks. She has been a customer of Heritage Propane/AmeriGas for over 35years. She is at 10% and the temperatures are in the teens. I starting calling, 8 hours, literally on the phone over several calls, back at the end of January. I even had a Huntsville, AL employee call me and told me she would make sure the delivery was set for last week. That didn't happen. Just pitiful!

Everytime I call their customer service number, they disconnect me without coming to a resolution. If I do speak with someone, they make promises but no one carries through and keeps me on hold for a very long time. When I ask to speak with a supervisor I am told one will call me back, yet no one ever does. I moved and closed my account that I had prepaid money and they promised to issue me a refund and after 4 months I still have not received it. They should be paying me interest on this money and include it with my refund - IF I EVER GET IT!

We ran out of gas on February 8th which was our fault. We called them and they said it will take 14 days unless you want to pay 300 to have it next day. We managed to get the money together to pay the 300 dollars. They never showed up!! We have called every day and was promised today was the day. It is now the 16th and still nothing. The did reimburse us the 300, but never called or showed up. Fortunately we were able to contact another company and get a delivery the next day. Never never use this company. And don’t go thru the hassle of paying extra to have it expedited because they will not show up!

I gave them a second chance after they refunded part of my bill after they acknowledged gross overcharging. Then they delivered fuel to the wrong property when I was on auto fill and my business was shut down for four days im freezing cold with no fuel. It literally took me less time to get a new company to bring a new tank out and set it up than it did for me to arrange a delivery on the existing account with AmeriGas. Thank you Anderson Oil. Amerigas is just terrible. Their customer service design is flawed.

Amerigas is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered my propane delivery Jan 27th 2021 at 30% per their suggestion. I was told they would deliver between Jan 28th - Feb 10th, 2021. Feb 10th they still had not delivered. I was told on the Feb 11th that it had gone passed their usual delivery time and I would be moved into priority state. STILL no delivery Feb 11, 12, 13, 14th. I called them the 11th, 12th & 13th, still all lip service no delivery. This is my only form of heat, 3 month old baby in the house and still NO DELIVERY! It appears I am not the only one, I have since found the same scenario with SEVERAL OTHERS! I highly recommend that people NEVER use Amerigas they have no work ethic, no customer service, incompetent, don't care that with their errors they leave their customers in an a deadly situation!

Everyone, please contact your Attorney General for your State to address the issues at AmeriGas. We must also report this to the media and The BBB (Better Business Bureau). There is no plan to deliver any gas to your home although they say day after day they will do so. Quickly call a local company and get help. They have told me for 2 weeks that gas will be delivered by day's end without any delivery.

Worst company ever! Avoid at all costs. Ordered February 4 today is the 13th. Called 3 times in last 2 days. Twice they said they’d be here. Two elderly people living here and pets. Liars! No customer service just yes people. We are down to less than 5 percent and will run out soon😡
