I ordered propane on Jan 20, 2021 within a delivery date of Jan 21-Feb. 3. I called 3 times since Feb 4th and was told the same message: your compliant will be escalated up and you will receive your delivery in 2 days. Well, it is Feb. 12th and still no propane. This used to be a great company. I am so disappointed. The representatives are clueless and all they do is lie. They will not connect you to management. Does anyone know who I can contact for help with this matter?

Absolutely terrible since taking away local reps. Used to be able to call and the same friendly person answered the phone. Not anymore. Always called when tank was at 30%. Delivery within 7 business days. Now they say "oh so sorry you're about to run out of propane, but we won't be there for 14 days and sorry if you're about to run out. We can charge you a fee to get your propane there sooner" what happened to our customer service. Terrible company. Will be looking for a local company that actually cares.

We live in the North Ga. Mts. The local branch, Heritage Prooane, sold out to Amerigas at some recent time. While Heritage was never super great, it has only gotten WORSE with the change over... 3 weeks weve been calling, cant speak to any local associates, and the responce was pretty much the same, oh, for 200.00 we can expedite delivery ,or you can just wait... we will get to you within 14 days... 14 days came and went, only to be told EVERY SINGLE DAY after... youve been moved to tomorrow... tomorrow never came, the propane ran out, and now a different company gets our business.... DO NOT EVEN BOTHER ORDERING FROM AMERGAS...

If I could leave a zero, I would. This company bought out our small propane company and they are awful! Ordered propane a month ago, was put on the schedule and they never showed. By 4:45 p.m. we called and they said we were never on the schedule even though that very morning they called to say that they would be here that day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have cancelled service and are using a local company. Side note: when you call the customer service number, be prepared to wait on hold for 30 minutes or more then talk to someone in another country.

Disgusting customer service. Ran out of propane Nov, Jan and Feb. In Jan they said there was line to house gas leak from buried tank. Tank gauge was broken and on schedule to be fixed for two years. They brought standing tanks. Wonder how much wasted fuel I’ve paid for. I’ve been on auto fill plan and when I ran out in Feb they would not come out over weekend. Days later still trying to get fuel for heat/hot water/cooking. Rep actually said supervisor would call back and 2.5 hours later when I called again a different rep said no one by that name worked for company!

I called them two weeks before running out of propane. They told me they'd be there in one week. Three weeks later still no show. it's clear from talking customer service they don't care at all. I had to go buy extra tanks to keep my house livable during the snow season. Don't use these guys

No service. Dishonest reps. Do not use them.

If you want a company that will put you on hold for over 2 hrs, allow your propane to run out monthly..after more than 6 attempts to get a delivery...Amerigas is for you!!
