This is the worst service ever!!! They didn't show up all month of November. We are calling from Nov.15 today is Dec 1. no one shoe up!! if i can ill give all of you -100!!!

Amerigas is a terrible company. If you call them, you speak with someone overseas that you can't understand. They have so many non-fuel related bills that they send you it is hard to keep up. Just this year, I was billed $120 customer service charge plus another $100 for tank rent. The tank has been here 21+ years and I've never had a tank rental charge until this year. Can't reach anyone to discuss it, multiple letters go unanswered. This is my last year with them as I am making other arrangements and I will drag their tank off my property. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERIGAS!

They charged us $400 to move tank 100ft...we could've done for free...then, when we canceled service, won't come get the tank. No worries, target practice

Screw this company. They lie, cheat and steal! Save your money! I hope they all go bancrupt at christmas!

Terrible Gas Company, they let my tank run out after placing many orders and no one ever showed up until 5 months later. Forced us to change companies and took 6 months to pick the tank up. So now they are charging us restocking fee and they think I’m going to pay that, has anybody else experienced this? They have now turned it over to a collection agency. I have made many calls to dispute this charge with absolutely no luck. Stay away from this gas company!

There is no option unfortunately for zero stars. That is too bad as it would be an accurate review for Amerigas. Their customer service is non existent. Find another propane provider and save yourself a great deal of aggravation.

I try to establish an account and was told that they would be out between nine and 11 11 o’clock rolled around took me 45 minutes and four different customer service technicians before I finally had one tell me that the fellow would be out as soon as he was done with an emergency gas leak what they only have one guy that works here so I waited about 15 minutes later an hour and a half after I spoke with that last customer service tech A fellow knocks on the door he didn’t have a mask on nor one one his person, so I asked him if he was vaccinated since he was going to come in to my house and assess where are the lines were going to be connected he said no I’m not vaccinated I said do you have a mask he said yes in my truck so I went inside and told my elderly parents mask up get your jackets on we’re going to go outside and get this done when we got out to the porch all I saw was his tail lights going around the corner he just got in his truck and left so this morning I tried to tell someone about what had happened and of course this person asked me do you want me to file a complaint that the technician wasn’t wearing a mask I said no I want you to file a damn complaint because the technician left without saying a word just left that’s how you treat potential customers I’m glad that he left because I won’t be doing business with AmeriGas EVER

Amerigas failed to do my auto delivery and let my tank run out. That was in September. Appointments not kept, literally hours on hold and here it is November and we are freezing. Horrible company without a shred of customer service.
