New customer twice now cancelled first two appointments. First just no show. 2nd they cancelled due to other customer. Done with them its as bad as comcast. You cant even get anyone. Asked for supervisor and refused. Said i was rude. I said I should cancel guess she took that as gospel and cancelled for me. Upset is not being rude.

AmeriGas is the most horrible company I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely atrocious out-sourced, customer service or lack thereof. After having been on hold for 1.4 hours, the agent, with what sounded like a party going on in the background, disconnected the call before I could even state the issue. Every single time I have to deal with them, this is what occurs. I honestly hope they go bankrupt - I actually wish the WORST for them. I do not say this lightly, but it is the truth. What a scam AmeriGas is. Simply awful. I’d give them sub-zero stars if I could! Horrible company - if you can even call them a company. Run as fast as you can!

Just moved into a new house that uses propane and scheduled a refill for my tank. They gave me an order number and a date of Sept. 6 for delivery. I waited at home all day and they never showed up or called. I phoned their call center in Ohio and was told they were not coming now until the following morning. Sure would have been nice if you had called me in the morning and told me that so I didn’t waste my entire day. But I guess that would be too much work for you. Seriously thinking of having you dig up my tank, removing it and converting to electricity or going with a different company. Unbelievable!

I was looking to get service from my propane company turns out they don’t do service anymore. they leave you on your own. I have been with them for over 10 years. Sorry I invested so much money in this company. Looking for a new propane company who will provide service as well as sales propane. Moving on

I hate this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used Foust Fuel for my whole life and I'm 56 now and my dad had it before me. I've called and called to get no where!! I've ask repeatedly to speak to a manger but I keep getting told that they can't transfer me that they have to help me. I've owned this 500 gallon tank for nearly 58yrs and now they are telling me that I have to pay for a tank rental WTH the cost for the tank is $268 because I don't use 1,000 gallons a year, I barely use 500 gallons, on top of that the tank had a small leak and they charged me $75 just to come out and look at it plus the parts to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DID I SAY I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As soon as I go through this gas that I just paid a crazy amount for I will be calling another gas company

This company is the worst. You can never talk to anyone in customer service that’s in the USA. The representatives do not have the ability to truly help, nor do they seem to have to the ability to put you in contact with the local office. There is no actual office that you can go to in my area. Horrible, horrible company to deal with. Absolutely hate them. Only option in my area. 😡😡😡 I have large tanks falling over into my neighbor’s fence. Causing damage. 3 1/2 years of trying to get this fixed, not to mention how dangerous this situation is. Multiple appointments made, multiple times the company was a no show. When I would called them, the magically would state there was no appointment made. I know when I make an appointment, I repeat it to the person I make it with, along with writing it into the calendar. The one time they did show up, it was after the tanks were filled ( which were filled two weeks before the tanks we’re actually scheduled), so the guy said, sorry the tanks are too heavy to move. 🤔🤦🏻‍♀️ Did I say, I really hate dealing with this company!!!!! Horrible service, horrible customer service. Government should get involved with how this company does business. Should be fines for situations where tanks are are unsafe and the company does nothing to fix the situation.

Customer support refuses to send out a tech for a leaking tank because they can't find the account. Sol to anyone that might get hurt or sick because of it.

Scam company. $160 set up fee, which is shown/billed as an hourly rate on the bill. Guy spent less than 5 minutes 'inspecting' (i.e. walked in my house, turned on a single burner on my stove) and left (he stayed in my driveway another 15 minutes probably to make it look like he spent more time here (i.e. tracked). Then on a 500 gallon tank at 60% existing fill, they still showed up to fill it when we said we would call to fill (we only use 1-3%/month so far). $634 bill later and I'm stuck with them. Awful company, wish the tank wasn't owned by them.
