Very undependable with their deliveries and their automated phone service is a nightmare. I was scheduled for a delivery between 12-16 & 12-22 with 12% remaining in my tank and below zero temps expected with snow for several days on 12-23. I didn’t get a delivery and called on 12-23 and was on hold for a long time from their automated machine, then when a live person finally answered, it was someone with a foreign accent that you could barely understand. She told me I would receive my delivery that day. I did NOT receive it that day nor the following days. I called once again on 12-27 with a tank level of 7% remaining because we have kept it cut on low in case there were more power outages. I again was on hold for a very long time and then got another foreign accent that I could barely understand. She said she would put me on the emergency delivery list since my delivery had been by passed. We shall see how much longer this will take. I do not recommend this company with all the other options, as I will probably be switching at my earliest convenience.

Service NON-EXISTENT I would have chosen ZERO STARS but it wouldn't let me go forward with my comment unless I chose at least one. June of this year (2023) will be 37 years my parents have had Amerigas. They're on an auto fill "premier" customer basis. My mom started letting them know when her tank was at 40%, 30%, 20%, 10%, and now they're down to 2% and have had to shut everything off - gas furnace, gas hot water heater, gas stovetop - so as not to drain the lines and then be charged $180 fee for flushing the lines before getting a gas fill. They promised emergency 24-hour service 12/30/2022. No one showed. They promised emergency 24-hour service 12/31/2022. No one showed. They then said it would be 1/2/2023 before she would get gas. And they're closed. No one answers the phone today to tell her when she will get a gas fill. Incompetency. There's no sense for it. My mom will be changing services as soon as she can get someone on the phone 1/3/2023.

Running out of gas. Been promised gas delivery for 2 weeks and have been lied to everyday. They are the worst propane company out there. I have talked to several reps and everyone has lied to me in some shape way or form

Three weeks ago, as a new customer, I placed a order for propane delivery to my home. That delivery did not happen in the 1-week scheduled window. I called for expedited 2-day delivery a total of 4 more times... all resulting in no delivery. Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me five times - shame on me. Don't waste your time with Amerigas as I did.

Amerigas has been nothing short of completely incompetent. I made a service appointment, they were a no show, and then said it was because I never had an appointment. I rescheduled, took a half day off work, and they showed up after the appointment time, and performed the check I needed to be home for, without me, so it was useless, and they charged me anyway. I am on automatic delivery,and twice now, I've had to call, because my tank was below 30%, when the whole point of automatic delivery is to ensure it never falls below a certain level. I called last night, for an emergency delivery, and it's supposed to be delivered today. Now I'm at 5%, and they tell me they will not come today. It's the middle of winter, and I'm about to run out of propane because of their total incompetence. I am filing a complaint with the attorney general.

Don’t waste your time with this company. You’ll never receive your gas delivery. Company is a complete joke. Hope they close if they can’t provide a service.

All the reviews are right!! We are in the cold, we cannot cook or do laundry or take a shower. They have been lying to us about when it will be here for weeks! Run! Do not do business with them.

Yes I to had an order on Dec 14th delivery date by 12/21 the 22nd ran out of gas. Called multiple times lied to every time. Thank god........my neighbor got a delivery this morning went out talked to the driver he called his office to make sure I was a customer finally got my gas without.......the help of amerigas also I was informed 22 states are under mandatory freeze and most drivers quit because they didn't want to work in the cold I am located in Jacksonville Florida my driver came from Ft Lauderdale there are NO drivers fir this company those call center workers all.....work in 1 office in Cleveland Ohio and they are told to lie and automatically charge you for expedited service at a 300 dollar charge even.....if it's late it might be an emergency for you but to get it they make you pay if they are late because their drivers are coming from out of town to work and they need higher pay and a place to stay while working. I say we all sue them for tge STRESS AND LIES
