Should be renamed, America's Best Scam, nuff said.

I paid $99 for a contact lens exam. They told me that with their exam, I had to try their house brand of contacts. They were uncomfortable and my vision wasn’t improved. I brought all of their starter items back and asked for a copy of my exam results. They stated that I couldn’t have the results of my exam until I came back for another exam. After a heated conversation, they offered to repay my $99. This is at best crummy customer care and very probably illegal!!

This review applies specifically to the Wilkes-Barre store (Highland Park Blvd.) I selected it specifically because Dr. Victor Greco works there and I have received excellent care from him for more than 15 years. The store also uses what I believe are state of the art devices for assessing vision and the exam cost is very reasonable.

Excellent experience at Millenia Mall America's Best. Dr Marzouca was friendly and explained everything. I had an appointment and had no wait time. The choice of frames was plentiful and the staff, Nancy and Yesnia, were great! Enjoyed my visit. I ordered 2 pair of glasses and the Rx was spot on. This is my second time visiting this store and I highly recommend them.

Insurance scam! Don’t trust them if they say they take your insurance. They were listed on my insurances website and I called to double check and they said yes. Only to finish my eye exam and be told that they don’t take my version of the insurance and got hit with a bill I didn’t anticipate paying. Now I’m stuck dealing with a process just so I can get my prescription and take it elsewhere.

I have been going here for plenty of years and I am very satisfied with service I receive and they have great customer service and prices. Thanks

just now I showed up to my apt on time yet they helped 3 people that came in after me first, then I wait 45 minutes before I got seen for the pre exam. Apparently I had a Tele doc apt not that I had a choice but after waiting an additional 30 minutes they tell me they are having tech issues and tell me they need to reschedule me. I live 1 hr away and the on site eye doc refused to finish my exam, this is completely unacceptable to me but they are just rude and basically tell me too bad. I had to get my eye exam from lenscrafters instead. And when I called corporate they basically told me to f***off and won't give me the number or name of their supervisors. HORRIBLY RUN COMPANY FILLED WITH INCOMPETENT IDJITS WITH NO ACTUAL CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. DONT GO HERE LENSCRAFTERS AT LEAST GIVES GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not a good experience incorrect pricing given and the customer service clerk was just not pleasant. They offered a free pair for all the drama but when I went in to get them manager off and here is the same csr with the evil eye like a school child. No thanks
