American Van LinesReviews of americanvanlines.com

communication with driver/packer Randy throughout the process actually made moving tolerable. the quoting process, too, was accurate and easy. Randy's crew loaded my entire house and 2 garages (in FL) into his 18 wheeler within about a day, and unloaded it in Indiana in about half a day. excellent crew and AVL over-delivered.

They packed, wrapped & secured all of our furniture and mattresses. They also did a very good job of picking up our stuff and delivering it in a very timely manner in fact the delivery was a day earlier than originally anticipated making us happy customers. We are missing 2 lampshades & lamp accessories but we’re confident American Van Lines will make it right

My experience with American Van Lines was a lot better than previous moves with larger moving companies. The moving estimates were accurate and the specialty packing services were reasonable in cost. Service was excellent throughout the process. Arrival was prompt and the jobs were completed without any delays. I found this American Van Lines to be honest, reliable, and efficient.

All went well. Driver and crews were excellent. Would use American Van again if needed.

Edward the driver and both teams did a great job

Not too happy with our communications with your office (your 'phone system is terrible - had great difficulty hearing and understanding people after being transferred by whoever answered the call.) The move itself was excellent - everything went on time, the load and unload crews were excellent. I would give you an A+ except for your telephone system.

The 2 guys that moved us were unbelievable. Friendly, thorough, worked their asses off and handled every curve we threw at them. ( and there were quite a few), including 6 inches of snow on move in day. They stayed in touch constantly. I don’t normally do reviews, but felt compelled to do this one. Give these guys a raise!!!

The moving team was exceptional. They communicated well understood my needs and handle all my product with very good care. I do think that the dispatch team and updates could be a little better for accuracy and planning purposes on the consumers end.
