Just received my loungewear top and trousers. I did the sizing test and it told me I needed size L in Extra Tall. So that’s what I ordered and it fits perfectly. I am now the proud owner of a ladies top, where the sleeves cover half of my hands!!

Ordered three pair of the Buttery soft pants in three colors. They arrived in a week with standard shipping. They look great, are very comfy, and wash well. I will order in the future.

Due to the Canada Post strike, I never received my order. According to UPS tracking, it was returned to AmericanTall. I have not received a refund, nor have they attempted to resend my order once the Canada Post strike ended. After several attempts to contact AmericanTall, I have not received a response.

Ordered button-up shirts for work, they aren't any longer than a normal shirt. Not customized for tall people at all. Completely false advertising and a scam.

I purchased approximately $400 worth of merchandise, for Xmas. I’m an early shopper. One coat , two pairs of sweatpants didn’t fit. This company changed me $18 to return the sweatpants and refused to allow return of the coat. I missed the 30day return window by a couple days. They then offered for me to post the expensive item (coat) on Poshmark. Like that isn’t suspicious….kick back is definitely suspected by me. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY . Horrible return policy

Ordered item on 16th finally got a tracking number.on the 18th Package is still sitting in warehouse. Tracking says label was generated on the 18th but still not picked up by the carrier on the 20th. I need this item by Christmas no way to talk to anyone. Customer service really lacks Shipping is unbelievably slow. Also my account was charged for item that they Haven’t even shipped yet.

Has AMERICAN TALL ever heard of CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I'm sure they know of CS in Canada! They may have a good product, but based on their CS, I would NEVER ORDER from them again. HORRIBLE. I'm trying to return a DEFECTIVE pair of jeans. Why should I waste so much of my time and get so pissed off about a defective product THEY SENT ME? I'M THE CUSTOMER! If you can't call someone, email or have an online chat, you should not run a business. SHAME ON THEM.
