We're sincerely sorry for your experience. In the first week of February, the U.S. government introduced new tariffs, which were unexpectedly applied to shipments already in transit. We have been working with UPS to get the billing sorted, however, they should not be sending you the invoice. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience, and we're happy to see that you've been working with our team to have this resolved. Please let them know if you have further questions.

Unfortunately, due to new tariffs imposed by the U.S. government, many shipments, including yours, were stuck at the border, and despite our best efforts, we couldn’t get it delivered sooner. We can assure that we don't charge duties on customer's orders, however, due to unexpected tariffs applied by the US government, duties were charged on your order that was already in transit. We do not expect our customer's to pay these fees, and we can confirm that future orders will not have this issue.
