Need to contact someone ?! Goood luck no phone numbers to talk to someone and their customer service hours are limited. Ordered a suit. Came in needed to exchange it. We were told it wouldn’t take any longer then 5-8 days which was perfect because we needed it for an event. Suit finally showed up a month after they guarantee it to be there for the event. Now we get to deal with a hassle of a refund because the event was missed. Will not order off here again.

I am so delighted to have found American Tall. It has been extremely challenging to find comfortable and still stylish clothes in the lengths needed for my height and American Tall checks all the boxes. Extra long lengths, great basic styles, quality fabrics.

I absolutely love that there is FINALLY a clothing brand that makes high quality and tall friendly clothing! I am slowly switching all of my work and casual wear wardrobe to American Tall. My favorites are the classic trousers and the bodysuits for easy layering. I hope they keep stocking additional styles and colors because I will keep buying more.

We’re very sorry about the delay—your order was shipped from our warehouse in Canada and is impacted by border congestion. Our team is working hard to get it delivered as soon as possible. Please know this is an unusual situation. To help prevent such issues in the future, we’re moving inventory of popular products to our U.S. warehouse. Additionally, we can see you're working with someone from our team to assist with the missing items, please let them know if you have further questions.
