American Dream VacationsReviews of americandreamvacations.net

Worst damned company EVER!!!! Never recommended or EVER use them again. Worst case of bed bugs we've seen! Their trailer we rented had issues the 3 months we rented it after our home burned. The refrigerator leaked water ruined our food. The fireplace never worked, the blinds were al broken. We could of had it for 9 months but couldn't wait to return it because of all the problems with the rude lady answering phones and broken promises of fixing things! They got stuck in our pasture tore it up with ruts! Terrible people

My daughter and I rented an RV to visit 4 states. No parties - no excessive wear. They refused to give me my deposit back. Said it needed extra cleaning. Do not use this company in Albuquerque NM! Find an alternate. Nothing I said would get my deposit back and it’s not worth a lawyer.

Took 10 family members to Yellowstone for two weeks. Travel trailer was not in good working order. Returned it one day early and let owner see the problems. He then said no refund for the one day early return and sorry these things are rented and have problems. When I said ok I will bring it back tomorrow I was then given one day early return refund because they had this trailer rented the next day and would not have time to repair the problems. I would never rent there again.

Billy Mullins provided exceptional service. It was our first RV trip and Billy took time to explain every detail and when we had problems on the road he was readily accessible to troubleshoot and resolve all matters that arose. I am now a fan of RV vacations!

I am usually pleased with th RV’s I have rented. This year they did not flush the water tanks and funked up the RV with sewer smell. On another RV they rented it without informing me that the conopy was inoperable until I was there to pick it up.

I have been using American Dream Vacations for about 20 years. Staff is courtesy and helpful. They make sure you have the right trailer for the vehicle you plan to tow with. Safety is their number one concern. Their service team is there where ever you go , if you have problems with the unit. I have recommended American Dream to all my friends that want to take a trip with family or friend's. My children are all grown now and have great memories of all our camping trips.

We had a great vacation and it all started with the staff at American Dream Vacation in Irving, TX. Drove from TX to VA to NC then back to TX. Not a single issue with our rented RV. Everyone had a blast.

Virgil and his wife and the rest of the staff are nice and easy to work with. We have rented from the Irving location on 3 different occasions. I like that you can check out the rentals online and book but I was also able to go to the dealership to check them out as well because of the convenience of the location to were we live. It also allowed us to rent different trailers to try out because would eventually like to purchase one from them or somewhere else.
