Great experience. Trailer was in good condition and staff was very helpful and attentive.

After arriving to pickup our RV on a Friday afternoon we were told the RV was not ready as promised. We waited for over 2 hours before the RV was ready for us. We left out from the Boerne in Friday afternoon traffic and traveled south to our home. When we finally got out of the evening rush hour traffic and got the RV up to road speed the road noice from the RV was horrible. As we continued home I found that the wall by the passenger seat and the floor began to separate and light came up from underside of the RV. As we drove down the road we were able to let a towel fall out of the RV though the separation of the wall and the floor. We called American Dream Vacations and there was no way to get ahold of anyone. Repeated calls we left unanswered. The number we were given to fall for roadside assistance also was a voice mail and it was not until after the holiday weekend that our calls were answered. We left the RV at a local dealership and changed our entire vacation pans due to the defective RV we were rented. While most of our money was returned I would never again rent an RV from American Dream Vacations.

We got a beat up RV with holes on the side n all rusted bumpers n inside lots of rattling - when we returned they blamed us for several things that we had been told not to worry n they had pictures of it - our car insurance was sent a bill for $5500.00 - will never rent from American Dream Vacations

I was very displeased that several of our RVs features were not functioning. The awning was not operational and was locked with zip ties. Our DVD players diddnt work. The cable connection was broken to gain access to cable tv. One of the hatch fans was not functioning. We got stuck in traffic for 5 hours due to a fatality on the freeway, and were charged $150 for being late, even after calling to advise of the situation! We were never told about late fees until we told them we were running late! I wasn't quite sure who was running the place because anytime I asked for a manager I was told they were unavailable! Sorry but I will never use this companies service again!

This place gave me a great first experience. I got the trailer and it was nice inside and out. I would definitely recommend them.

This was our first time to rent a rv “c” class, It will certainly be our last. This rv was a 2018, but going down the road everything rattled and we mean everything! The microwave, vent hood, the pullouts, the stovetop, the door it was awlful. We went from Corpus Christi to NJ then to Vermont. When it rained on the way up water came in thru the bottom of the pullouts onto the floor, three different places. Tv on the outside didn’t work, turned on then picture turned blue then red the nothing. Two inside worked fine. The more the roads were bumpy the louder the noise ,it was just unbearable. If we would have known it created so much noise we would have never rented it. Do they really sell them like that? The two of us that sat up front had to talk really loud to hear each other. I hope others got and had a better trip than we. We were really excited to go on this road trip but it changed rapidly. Very disappointed.

Great Rental...No issues had a great holiday...Check in and out was quick and easy... Had fun playing with their puppy!
